Problem solver. Systems thinker. Process fixer. Yep, I'm that person - the one who actually likes getting into the ‘boring’ technical details, puzzling through an issue and coming up with a logical solution.
Before I started supporting solo and small business owners, I worked for 15 years in universities, so when you work with me you'll get access to my experience spanning systems & data management, business process improvement, customer experience and web & digital content management. You'll also be tapping into an ever increasing skill set, as I'm never not learning something new.
When I'm not at my desk you'll find me making things with fabric and yarn, out on a bushwalk or relaxing with a cup of tea and a good book.
